Guided Tour to the Montado do Freixo do Meio
A guided tour, in the company of Alfredo Sendim, into the Protected Area of Montado do Freixo do Meio and agroecological production.
The tour will address issues such as history, ethics of agroecology, organic agricultural production, agroforestry, acorn, food transformation, montado, cork, conservation and regeneration of ecosystems, and adaptation to climate change.

The Montado do Freixo do Meio Acorn Stew consists of a selection of seasonal vegetables, meats (pork and veal), traditional sausages, with cooked acorn. Served at Cantina Cabana dos Bois.
